Proof that you don’t have to go far to discover something new, I discovered Ellison Park recently and it is now my favourite campground.  The scenery is stunning and it is the perfect place to relax without a long drive.  Despite the rain, we enjoyed a refreshing swim on a nearly empty beach. When the sun came out the following day my children were captivated by the fish they spotted while snorkeling.  It was a great reminder – for teaching and for life –  that sometimes, simple activities can be just as rewarding as more complex ones.
